You can also book a room by telephone by calling 215.862.80907 8:00 am to 8:00pm, seven days a week.

Should your call not be answered personally during these times please leave a message. We will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

Minimum Stay Requirements

• Two-night minimum for a Saturday night booking

• Three-night on selected holidays

• One-night reservations accepted Sunday through Thursday.

Check-In

3 pm to 7 pm

Please make advance arrangements for late arrival. should you be delayed, a quick call would be appreciated.

Check-Out

11am

we are unable to make exceptions due to the small size of our staff and the need to service rooms for our arriving guests.

we must also respectfully request that the amenities be used only during the actual period of your stay.

Children and Pets

We are not able to accommodate children as The Inn at Bowman’s Hill is not really a suitable environment for young people under 18.

In consideration of other guests we are also unable to accommodate pets of any kind. Should your cats or dog insist on traveling with you, we will be pleased to seek appropriate accommodation at a nearby kennel.

Noise Ordinance

We ask that our guests please respect our local township noise ordinance that requires “quiet” after 10pm. Your fellow guests will also appreciate this cooperation. Any guest who is unwilling or unable to comply with this ordinance will unfortunately be asked to leave the property without delay.

Smoking

State and Local fire regulations prohibit smoking in all our buildings. Considerate smoking is welcome in outside areas. Smoking in any room will result in additional charges for full cleaning including drapes and linens.

Allergies

Your comfort and safety is important. Please alert us at the time of booking if you have a specific dietary needs or allergies to particular foodstuffs. We will do our best to meet any dietary or other needs but should we feel unable to meet your requirements we may suggest an alternative place to stay.

Both cats and parrots share your hosts' family quarters. Please select another place to stay If you are at all concerned about a possible allergic reaction.
