Where can beer enthusiasts go to indulge in the flavors of more than 100 beverages from breweries all over the country in one place? The Washington Crossing Brewfest! Now in its 13th year, this annual event in New Hope, Pennsylvania, celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship of the brewing industry. What sets this brewfest apart from others is its unique setting along the historic site where George Washington crossed the Delaware River and turned the tide of the Revolutionary War.

Buck. Renowned for her literary works, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel "The Good Earth," Buck spent a significant portion of her life at Green Hill Farm (as it was called) in Perkasie, about a 30-minute drive from the Inn at Bowman's Hill.

Ahhh... summertime! There's so much to do here in New Hope during these warm-weather months — from hiking and biking along the Delaware Canal to relaxing by our pool here at the Inn at Bowman's Hill. One of our favorite things to enjoy is al fresco dining along the Delaware River. There's no shortage of amazing restaurants with panoramic waterfront views from their patios and decks.

Encompassing more than 300,000 acres, Pennsylvania's 124 state parks offer residents and visitors a myriad of outdoor recreation activities — from hiking, biking and boating to environmental and historical programs. Two of these state parks are listed as National Historic Landmarks, one being Delaware Canal State Park here in Bucks County.
